Reflexology
Reflexology is a complementary therapy that can be traced back many thousands of years to ancient China and Egypt. All the organs and systems of the body can be mapped on to points on the feet. Applying pressure on these points with specific techniques, assists in restoring natural balance. A reflexology treatment brings about relaxation, relieves tension, and helps us achieve wellbeing.
Reflexology looks at the person as a whole. It cannot diagnose, but by relieving stress, which is the underlying cause of many illnesses in today's fast-paced world, and by balancing the body, it may help many different conditions, improving general health.
